DELIVERY TIMES.
The estimated time to prepare the merchandise and deliver it to the transport company is one to two weeks.
The estimated time of transfer by the parcel company is two to twenty days in the American continent, outside of it it ranges between eight days and one month.
TRACK AND TRACE.
Once you have paid for your order, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been successfully received. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including track and trace details.
SHIPPING PROCESS.
We ship all orders from Mexico. All packages are shipped discreetly with no indication of what product is inside. You may be asked for official identification upon delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.
We ship worldwide. For international shipments a signature may be required. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may apply in their country to their package. Unfortunately we cannot know if there will be any charges on your package, it is a standard process with international orders.
RETURN POLICY.
You may return any limited edition purchased from us for any reason.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in good condition and the value of the product must not be affected. We do not refund products returned that have been damaged. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully wrap the returned product to prevent it from being damaged.
Counterfeits or imitations will not be refunded.
To qualify for a refund, you must return the product to us within 14 business days of receiving it. In this sense, we recommend that when returning a product you always choose a shipping service with a tracking option.
Shipping, insurance, taxes, handling charges for purchases and returns are non-refundable.
We will refund you once we have received the complete, original and undamaged product.
